What's Included
A detailed discussion of your current sleep patterns, concerns, and goals, using validated sleep scales (Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) to assess current sleep health and quality. You’ll receive education on sleep hygiene, the impact of sleep loss, and a personalised plan to improve your rest.

Ongoing team coaching is also offered.
