I’m Dr Anna Cai, a sleep scientist with a PhD specialising in sleep, performance, and ageing. My research focuses on how sleep loss affects cognitive function and how ageing influences sleep. I’ve worked in both Melbourne and Singapore, contributing to the fields of sleep and dementia, and I’m passionate about translating cutting-edge sleep science into real-world solutions.
