Most people begin with a single 60-minute consultation. If you already know you want accountability week to week, coaching is the better fit — and the discovery call will tell us which.

No. Trackers can be useful, but we can use sleep diaries and other methods to collect data.

No. Sleep coaching is education and behaviour change; suspected sleep disorders are referred to a clinician.
