These interactive workshops run from 30 to 60 minutes, with additional time for discussion and Q&A.

Ongoing team sleep coaching / workshops

This program offers structured, ongoing sleep coaching for small teams, combining personalised education with accountability to improve sleep and workplace well-being. It provides tailored support to help each participant build lasting sleep habits to improve their workplace performance.

An initial consultation with each team member to assess sleep patterns and set individualised goals, followed by weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust strategies using validated sleep scales. Participants receive a personalised sleep schedule, access to a habit tracker app, and expert feedback throughout the coaching period.
