I’m Dr. Anna Cai, a sleep scientist with a PhD specializing in sleep, performance, and ageing. My research focuses on how sleep loss affects cognitive function and how ageing influences sleep.

I’ve worked in both Melbourne and Singapore, contributing to the fields of sleep and dementia for the last 8 years. I’m passionate about translating cutting-edge sleep science into real-world solutions.

I take a holistic, science-backed approach to sleep coaching, combining education, habit tracking, and personalised strategies to help people transform their rest.
